Together, these designations mean the SLH LR System combines advanced security encryption with an extended transmission range — making it the preferred choice for larger properties, long driveways, or sites where the standard RC system's range is insufficient.

The SLH LR System is designed to significantly extend the operational range of the radio control system compared to standard receivers. This makes it ideal for rural properties, estate driveways, commercial sites with large setbacks, or any location where the gate is at a considerable distance from the road or vehicle approach point.

The SLH protocol uses a sophisticated rolling code algorithm that generates a new unique code for every single button press. Even if someone attempted to intercept the transmitted signal, the captured code would already be invalid by the time it could be replayed — providing a very high level of protection against unauthorised access.

The SLH LR System requires SLH-compatible FAAC transmitters to function correctly. It is not cross-compatible with standard fixed-code or non-SLH remotes. We can supply the appropriate SLH transmitters and ensure the entire system is correctly programmed and tested.
